When we launched our shiny new website a little over a month ago, we had no idea of the disruption to our lives that was hiding just around the corner.
We know that Coronavirus, and the subsequent restrictions on socialising, movement and travel, must be having such a negative impact on our customers in the UK and across the world.
We also understand that you are far more restricted in your access to basic necessities, and so we feel it’s more important than ever that we continue to deliver to your door the health and skincare products you need in order to get through this difficult time (especially our hand balms – an essential necessity to combat dryness now we all wash our hands so often).
However, we want to do this in a responsible, ethical way which carries as little risk as possible to our postal workers and our team.
We’ve therefore restricted production, and are currently working through the stock we have in reserve.
For the most part our team will be working from home, and Krista will be going into Scence HQ on Friday mornings only, to pack up and dispatch orders.
This means that there may be a delay of up to 7 days on your delivery, depending on when you place your order.
I hope you understand the reasons behind this inconvenience – please rest assured that we will resume our our normal delivery service as soon as we are able to.
