Safe Sunscreen for Children and the Whole Family

Bringing up my children in Cornwall meant we obviously spent a lot of time on the beach. It was our go-to after school hang out and there were some amazing summers. I bought my boys UV suits to ensure they were safe as they did get a lot of exposure and of course, the hats and sunscreen were non-negotiable (though they did squirm sometimes!)

All parents are careful about the products they use on their children’s skin. Children’s skin is naturally more delicate than adult skin, which means it can react more easily to strong ingredients or heavily fragranced products. Because of this, many families look for skincare that is gentle, simple and free from unnecessary additives.

Products with shorter ingredient lists make it easier to understand what is being applied to the skin and reduce the likelihood of unexpected reactions and ingredients such as plant oils, natural butters and gentle mineral compounds are well tolerated.
