Our products are handmade fresh to order so please allow a week for delivery.
Scence ships with Royal Mail or courier. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If shipping to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each shipping destination.
Larger quantity orders for some products may take up to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the size of the order. Please call us on 01326 331179 or 07432 873535 with any special requests.
Please choose your products and select your country for shipping at checkout.
Our products are designed to melt onto the skin and should be kept at room temperature or below. They may soften if heated above 35 degrees. We take care to ship and deliver in plastic free packaging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at Scence want you to be as passionate about our products as we are about making them. Returns or exchanges are accepted in original saleable condition within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorisation before sending any items to us.

Please pack the items carefully and try to use the original packaging if possible. Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip.

Attention: Customer Service – Returns
We will issue a refund or exchange once we have inspected the items. Credit or debit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used on the original purchase. Please retain your return shipping receipt and invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. All shipping and handling fees, as well as gift wrap fees, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving the package. Please retain the original packaging, and the packing slip or invoice. To return damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, each item is unique. We do everything we can to make sure that our customers get what they pay for, if not more.
